Terms of Agreement

1. Definitions and Scope

These Terms of Agreement govern your access to and use of OralPro Tech® services, including Split Mold workflows and related features. In these Terms, “Service” means the platform and related tools provided by OralPro Tech, and “User Content” means files, designs, data, and materials you upload or submit.

2. Account Registration and Access

You may need to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and all activity under your account. We may require verification and may refuse or suspend access where appropriate.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and responsibly. You must not misuse the Service, interfere with operations, upload unlawful or infringing material, reverse engineer restricted components, or use the Service to violate applicable laws, professional standards, or third-party rights.

4. Your Content, Ownership, and License

You retain ownership of your User Content. By using the Service, you grant OralPro Tech a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, store, transmit, and otherwise use User Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.

5. Outputs, Clinical Disclaimer, and No Medical Device Claim

Service outputs are technical decision-support tools. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing for a specific product, the Service is not offered as a medical device. Professional and clinical judgment remains solely with the user. OralPro Tech does not guarantee clinical suitability, manufacturing fit, or outcomes for any specific case.

6. Pricing, Subscription, and Payments

Paid features may be offered through one-time, usage-based, or subscription plans. Pricing, billing cycles, taxes, and payment conditions are provided at purchase. You authorize applicable charges for selected plans and agree to pay all fees due.

7. Availability, Modifications, and Service Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service from time to time, including features and integrations, to improve performance, security, and compliance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8. Privacy and Personal Data

We process account data, technical data, and User Content as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge such processing for operation, support, security, and improvement of the Service in accordance with applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, design, workflows, documentation, branding, and related content, is owned by OralPro Tech or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for rights expressly granted in these Terms, no additional rights are transferred to you.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, legal requirements, payment failures, or security concerns. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by nature should survive termination remain in effect.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OralPro Tech disclaims implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. OralPro Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost data, revenue, or profits arising from use of the Service.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be handled in the competent courts located in Sharjah, UAE, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
